I have lived in another country - South Korea - and it was fantastic. The weather is fairly good in the southern region, and people there are very friendly. When I was there (and even today) the economy is very similar to the U.S. in terms of the monetary exchange rate.
The only thing I suggest you look into, before you live in another country, is the food. If you don't have your own food, that is the fastest way to become homesick.

Given a chance I want to go to Canada, South Korea, New Zealand and Switzerland. I want to experience the snow. For me I want to live still here in the Philippines no matter what the circumstances are. I also want also adventure and to see different things aside from here.

its true, no one really appreciates their own kind of food until they dont have it anymore in another country, .. when i went to hongkong sometime, it was hard looking for rice, so i dont think i can live there. sigh. south korea is actually very popular here in the philippines. did you learn their language before heading there?

I want to experience living in any country just to try something new. But I do not want to settle for good to any other country than Philippines. If given the chance to live in other countries, I would only do so temporarily. I can live two to threee years abroad. That will be enough experience for me to satisfy myself.

I agree with you... we have the same idea to live independently, to have an adventure away from family and friends, for a change. To meet new people and experience different cultures and traditions of other countries. It'll be so fun and exciting. But then again... there is no other place like home. I still want to live and reside in my country, the Philippines ^_^ to have a vacation in other countries would be great though...

Hmm i think Japan. I don't know. Maybe i've watched lots of Japanese movies and they kind of getting into my system. I think it's a lively place which is good. Also a superpower so i guess my safety a lot safer. lol! The best thing about it is you can just be yourself without any pretensions. You know, like if you want to wear something out of the ordinary, then wear it without someone batting an eyelash. I think your individuality will be expressed to full extent.

I have 3 countries I would really like to live in.
1. Canada - I don't have any really specific reasons, I've just always wanted to live in Toronto, it seems amazing.
2. Japan - I absolutely love everything about Japanese Culture!
3. The UK - because I have a brother that lives there and I haven't seen him since he was 4 years old.

I would like to travel many places. One of my favourite destination is Philippines ( not for stay). I wanted to see the group of small islands. Then I wanted to travel most of the European countries, especially Switzerland. If I have given a chance to stay permanently, I will go for UK

I will choose a country, with no ridiculous immigration procedures. I will choose a country where the local people are nice and also open to foreigners (because however, we are still foreigner wherever we are outside our country). And even, changing your nationality doesn't make you 100% local people. There is still boundary between local people and foreigners. What do you think ?

We moved to Australia from Italy a very long time ago when I was only ten years old and although I did not have a choice in the matter then I feel grateful my parents made the decision because having travelled back ‘home’ and to other countries over the years I would not like to live anywhere else but right here! Australia is my dream country and I am very happy here.

IF I could live in another country, it would be England, I love that place - they seldom get over 38º C and also seldom have droughts. I might get a bit "moldy" from all the rain, but hey...
I loved the area around Lincoln, beautiful and the plains around Stonehenge, gosh, so green and pretty -
ON the other hand, I do love deserts too, just not the heat - I love being able to see the "bones" of the land

I love to travel around the world. If I can earn money and can stand pressure of the life, I will move to Japan. Because that place has almost works and festival. But everybody always has a country called mother land. So it's the best place to live is mother land. I only want to travel not want to live in there. It's difficult to adapt new life.
