What the @*%#!!??

I was standing outside last night and the sky was still really cloudy from the rain. However they were begining to clear in the north as the clouds continued to move south west. At any rate, I was standing there stairing at the stars and one of them moved to another spot. I would have thought I was seeing things if it had not moved a quarter of a mile before it stopped.It moved up and stopped. I stood there to see if it would move again, but it started to blink really fast. I never saw a star move that way or that fast before and then just stop and start blinking. I'm not sure if it was a star. Maybe the military was testing something or maybe someone was starting another UFO hoax. What do you think?
