If you mean on a permanent basis, I'd be right here, living as I normally do, happy with my hubby of almost 50 years. I love my life and really don't want to change anything.
If you mean for a brief holiday, that is a different matter, but a hard choice. There are many places I wouldn't mind being. We have considered going to them, have been to some, and will go to others.
We regularly make trips to visit our 5 sons and their families, who live a long way away in different directions, so I'll leave those out.
Other places:
INLAND AUSTRALIA. I once wanted to travel the outback when we retired, but I'm not so sure now. A bus tour might be an alternative.
THE ISLE OF SKYE. We spent a night there when touring Scotland and loved it.
THE GRAMPIANS - Mountains in Australia. We've been there several times, but I'd willingly go again - fantastic scenery.
ANTARCTICA - not to stay, but a flight over Antarctica, which I believe is really awesome.
Which one? Maybe Antarctica.

good for you - being right where you want to be and happy with your hubby! As for those options they all sound great and the only one I've had direct personal experience of and would have to agree wholeheartedly with would be the Isle of Skye - such an atmospher of peace, tranqulity, seclusion - I absolutely love oit and it already was #2 on my list after Phuket - thanks for your ideas cloudwatcher

cloudwatcher - if you go to my profile and check under the top right box entitled My Links, you'll see an article there on exclusive flights over the Antarctic for New Year's Eve. I stumbled across this and thought you might like it
