What are the best traffic exchange programs in your opinion?

I think the best really is easyhits4u. next to that is trafficera.com and traffic-splash.com, those are for manual surf. you know autosurfs are also good in improving your alexa rank, i have a short list of them too,

First of all, I have been blogging for more than 2 years but I seldom use traffic exchanges sites to promote my blogs. But so far, I think the best traffic exchange site is Entrecard. It is a site where bloggers can submit their blogs according to categories. Then, you will make a 125x125 widget which you can drop it so that it will appear on others blogs for a certain period of time. Other members will do the same to you, which means members are helping each other. I mentioned more about this on my blog post entitled How to Promote a Blog for Beginners: Part Two which you can find the link on my profile. However, I always suggest that it is better if your traffic comes in naturally. This means that visitors drop by to your blog because they really like your blog, and not because you do a favor to them in return. You can achieve this by creating unique and useful contents. In the end, there are a lot of ways to promote your blog and get your targeted traffic to your blog. I mentioned some of them on the blog post I mentioned above, as well on Part One which is also on my profile. I am now about to finish Part Three, and may be published early next week. I belong to ListJoe and I really like it. They send enough mail to build up plenty of credits for the weekly mailing, and I got a lot of hits from the mailers.

Hi! I too is a member of easyhits4u and I must say, it is really a good trafic exchange site. I am also a member of fasteasytraffic but I use easyhits4u most of the time.
