Re: Anyone in a fraternity or sorority?

I am NOT in a sorority but I would like to be. The only unfortunate part is that mainly, the sororities in my area do nothing more than party and perform sadistic "rush"/hazing rituals, and consist of a bunch of uppity rich-girls who's parents pay their rent for them. That's not the person I am and I never want to be that way. But I like the idea of a sorority and fraternity, in theory. I would love to help out humanity by doing fundraisers and hosting events and I would LOVE to live with other girls who share my interests - and who would automatically be my friends. I just don't like the sororities at my college!
