Verizon is comming out with this new internet connection called FiOS, anyone know whats so special about it?

They already have the FIO's in our area. I tell you it is so much faster than cable and DSL. I moved right outside the line for the FIOs and have Cable now. I miss my FIO's. they are installing the lines this month and I should have it again by the first of the year. It is really great.
