Is anyone tired of being a listener, but not having anyone listening to them ? I am always listening and helping people with their problems, and i do it willingly and enojoy doing it, but i feel as if no one listens to me . I mean, i know i can go to friends for advice, and i am pretty sure that they WILL listen to me and encourage me, but i guess i'm sort of afraid to do it . Does anyone feel the same way ? It's kind of complicated to describe, i guess i'm just looking for people with the same dilemma .

I have this problem too lissa. I'm usually the quiet one listening to all my friends around me and don't speak up unless they ask me a question specifically. I just don't like to interrupt people. And I'm not sure if they want to know my opinion or not.
It's funny though because when it comes to listening to my kids, they say I don't but I always tell them what I think! I guess it's about familiarity. I don't talk to my friends as often as I do my family. We should form a club and vow to listen to each other. sometimes you just gotta vent, ya know?! You can pm or email me anytime.
