Is really government wants no caste discrimination!

As we all know that ,government wants that there should not be any caste discrimination ,because it do not want that ,any one who is power less and poor or weak should be treated badly. but i dont think that government is removing discrimination ,it is the one of the cause of discrimination by giving reservation to students on the bases of their low caste.The discrimination begans from it also,in the minds of students a feeling of being discriminated. WHAT I WANT THAT THERE SHOULD BE KNOW DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF CASTE,ONLY TALENTED ONE SHOULD BE PRAISED.
