It's been two days since my upload quit working. I can't even get a 0 on speedtest. I can attach anything on social networking sites and i can't even reply here on myLot without having some difficulty in submitting. Anybody here has a clue on what's happening? It's affecting my earnings on another site since i'm into uploading stuffs. Help!

try to use openDNS as your DNS, primary: 208.67.222.222, secondary: 208.67.220.220, sometimes DNS of pldt had a timeout.

If you are using PLDT myDSL then you are not alone my friend. I guess most of us have this interrupted connection from time to time. Sometimes it would just time out then after few minutes, it will go back again to normal. My connection is ok now.

I really could not say about PLDT service but I had some kind of similar situation with globe broadband sometime ago. In my case I wasn't able to browse properly with my browser back then. I thought it was a problem with them but when the technician arrived they noticed that it was a virus that infected me and preventing me to connect with my provider. It seems that the problem is a virus got passed through my pc and installed itself and blocked all internet access to my browser. They proved it to me when they connected my line to their laptop my connection was running normally but when connected to my pc it won't work at all. The only solution they offered me is to reformat my pc to get rid of the bug. I did it and when I connected my pc it was running normally again. But I had to reinstall my softwares again.

Hi rsa! My DSL is ok now. I guess it's the problem with the ISP itself. I called them up then maybe they worked on it for two days then it's a-ok now. I knew it's not from my computer because i tested the connection on my netbook and it showed the same result. All is fine now and i'm glad i am able to post here in myLot without interruptions. Thanks for those who helped! I really hate formatting because there's just a lot of stuffs to back up.

Sorry that I'm not 'techie' enough to offer assistance, but it is great to see you! Perhaps you've uploaded a virus unintentionally? Hope you can fix it quickly and that you aren't such a stranger here..... Tell Moochie that Tukay says HI!
