Drink lots of coffee with sweet. n low. When your hungry drink then eat an early healthy dinner

I agree with the person above me...but the healthiest way is probably just to exercise quite a bit and cut down on the food by a little bit. Not drastically to the point of starving yourself, but only eating what you need to each day. As in, just the recommended daily intake of kilojoules and stuff.
