NominCashout is still there or is it a scam in Make money online group

I want to know whether Nomincashout is a legitimate site or is it a scam.Once I recieved payment .But recently when i requested payment i was not responded and i have a doubt whether they are paying Now

yes it is still alive but there is a change in terms of cash out. for higher crediting, you need to upgrade your account from standard to paid member.you are ask to pay $1.95 in upgrading.with that we are already given priority to be paid first than standard members.
