Pending Funds on Ad Flasher / myLot

This is the site that pays half of what you invested. But there's this one thing that bugs my mind. Why do they have to pend the balance of their members? I mean, you can't cash out what you've earned in an instant. They have a "Pending Balance" and "Available Balance" section. And the pending balance can be released for 24hours-7days and they said that they wasn't able to tell a specific time frame. Can this be a scam? It can be the best website that pays! In fact, there have been payouts already.

I haven't joined yet. but plan to! I've heard nothing but good things about it from good sources of mine. They have received payments! Good luck there!
