What can you say about 'The Old Spaghetti House's in the Philippines?

As for me, I find one pretty disappointing. They use banana ketchup instead of tomato ketchup. One of my closest friends celebrated her birthday in that restaurant, and to my surprised, when she asked for tomato ketchup, they gave us, banana ketchup for the reason "out of stock". I dont find it quite reasonable. Some of them dont know how to address their customers... I have nothing against the company neither against Philippines' hospitality. My point is, they should have done their job well. Feel free to share your experiences... :)
