question about PTC sites/payment method

I'm actually new to PTC, I signed up in Paypal and Alertpay since they usually send my payment using those. I don't have a credit card yet linked to my paypal account. I don't know how to get my money on alertpay.Will the payment for the previous payment be credited still (just in case payout has been made out but no card linked yet to the account)... just curious... Your response is greatly appreciated :)
