We always make sure that our parents especially
their getting old to have the things they needed
in their everyday life.Me and my siblings do this
to our mother,we see to it that she's alright even
though they old they still need some pocket money
of their own.Hope all children do this to their
parents.Being supportive to them is a good thing.

So you mean your not giving them a pocket money?Because they
can still pay their own bills and buy things that they needed.
Actually even they can still do it by them selves we can also
give them some extra money so anytime if they want to buy
something that they like there is a posibility because they
money in their wallet, isnt it good that they wont worry
about anything at all.Thank's my friend and have a good day.

I think it is important to support your parents to the extent you are able to do so. What I like to do is buy my mother things she likes but would not buy for herself because she is very frugal and cautious when it comes to spending money. That's even better than giving "pocket money" in my case because she would probably just save that! She has always been there 100% for her children and that's why she loathes spending money...she always wants to be able to help if her kids need it.
