Ahh, yes seafood! I just adore sea food especially prawns. I don't cook prawns very well but my mom sure does and she makes a pretty mean prawn curry with medium sized prawns. Its an old family recipe so I cant share it here but trust me it just mouth. Well my favorite recipe has to tempura fried prawns. It is very light and usually eaten as an appetizer. I always try having tiger prawns since they are perfectly tender when lightly fried in the tempura batter. The outside shell is nice and crispy while the meat is sweet and succulent.

gotta love a good prawn ehh?
i especially love deep\shallow fried prawns!
one of my favorite recipes is one i just sort of made up, you mix corn flour and plain flour, equal parts together, with seasoning of your choice, beat some eggs into it, just untill its creamy and thick like cream, deep fry prawn cutlets dipped into it untill golden, drain and rest while heating a pan up, throw them suckers in and douse with some sweet chilli sauce mixed with a bit of honey and lemon...... ohhhh yummmy!!!

well, I too, just love prawns. I like them fried, deep fried, shallow fried, grilled, curry etc. I myslef, love to cook prawns and I cook an amazing prawn baluchao. I also like to have prawns grilled in my OTG. Praws are simply parvelous, specially tiger prawns and jumbo prawns.

I love prawn, and i like to marinade it with flour, egg, salt pepper, to be crispy if i am eating it and sometimes i join it with vegetables.
