First of all i don't think the person who stabs u at your back is your best friend.May be we might think him/her to be our best friend but no they are not.. It happened to me once.A person whom I thought was my best friend cheated on me.I don't want to go into that because its a big story but when he cheated on me i was really shocked and then I learned one thing people whom we trust may not necessarily trust us.So my advise is whoever it may be please keep this in mind... Never trust anybody blindly because the priority we give them they may not give us the same priority.
