john frusciante or dave navarro?

for those are into old school music fan, who would you choose to be doing the guitars for redhotchillipeppers? john frusciante or dave navarro? we all know that they have different styles and techniques but they both did good stuffs. right? though dave just contributed for the peppers for just one album but for me i can't just pick one on both .

oh! my dear! i am into old school rock music. and i am a fan of the RHCP!!! love them. but they do have different styles and contributed differently as well. so i guess i just cannot just choose of rhtem both. both guys are awesome in their own special ways and i know they have done good in the band called Red Hot Chilli Peppers. miss that kind of songs they have though.

that was just to make you laugh baby girl. lol! anyway, i was just kidding about the "baby girl" stuff. i just got overwhelmed that i had an immediate response. actually this is my first post here on mylot. i'm still a newbie here and i think the site is kinda cool. informative and fun. and you know what, you are my first friend here. i hope we could get along for long my pretty friend. :)

about the peppers, yeah i know the band since highschool. their music has made a great influence on me specially back in those days when i'm still with my band. i really love to play peppers' songs. it was all really cool for me. it was just that i'm more likely into their previous albums rather than the new ones. but it was still great though. it's still the peppers man! :)

i think john frusciante is very good for the peppers,the style of john is compatible with style of flea.and we all know that you cant replace the original when it comes to band.

You guys do know that Frusciante has left the band. Josh Klinghoffe is the Chili Peppers new guitarist. From what I understand he's toured with the band playing second guitar behind Frusciante so hopefully he fits right in. Their new release is due out before the end of 2010. Can't wait.

i'm a fan of redhotchillipepper since their 'aeroplane' song. I think if we compare dave and john, dave is the wild one and john is the soft one. Dave gives more power in rhcp's songs, he ussually used long and heavy distortion with his guitar. But john is more a simple but melodic man, i like his simple but really easy listening guitar riff, ex: californication, otherside, scar tissue, i won't ever forget the intro of those songs. It is really difficult to choose between them cause they have their own style, but because i'm more a heavy distortion guy, i choose dave navarro.

I believe both of them are very good.But my vote goes to john frusciante.I like his style.

obviously JOHN FRUSCIANTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 'cause he have a better style than navarro, and frusciante gives to Red Hot their own funky sound that they love!!!!!!!!!
