What's up with the loud outbursts lately?

Twice this week we have had to witness the public outburst of two well known people. First, there was Congressman Wilson at the night of President Obama's health care reform speech. Then there was Serena William the tennis champion. Is there a lot of rage, anger or they are just not able to control themselves? What is your opinion?
