There will always be new, upcoming talented artists for pop music.
I think they can not match the achievement of Michael Jackson in terms of album sales, style, and charisma.
Truly the King.

Well, there are possibilities though. There are many talented people around the globe and as we all know kings are meant to be replaced sooner or later. I do believe that MJ is someone who really fits this title but whether there would be another person to replace him is not someone like me who can't see the future judge.

I think there will be another King of Pop, but it will not probably be in this generation. Someday, someone will be able to surpass MJ, but it will be a long while before people learn to give that title off to another because it is something you don't give easily away. It is a legacy for MJ.

Typically each generation has their own King of Pop. Michael Jackson was the 80s and 90s and Elvis was proclaimed "The King" during his time. There will always be a bigger and better person to live up to the standard.

I think there will be but we may not know who it is yet. There are alot of performers who have mass appeal like Justin Timberlake for instance, but it would
probaly be a mistake to call him the King of Pop. I think eventually you will see someone who has the appeal of a Jackson but it may take awhile for it to happen.

I have not seen or heard anyone yet that is comparable to the king of pop. As of the moment, there is no one yet that can somehow encompass or equate what Michael Jackson has achieve so far. Perhaps time will come that we will see another one like him but it would probably take 100 years or more.

I have to say, I like Michael Jackson. He was, by far, one of the most incredible pop artists ever. I don't think, though, that it's unlikely that someone else will outsell him. I think that there is more of a market for that type of stuff now, and that people are really working on spreading it around over the internet. The market on the internet is huge and can easily allow other artists' music to prosper and eventually outsell even Michael Jackson.

I am sure every generation has it´s own King. I don´t much know about Michael Jackson, except that I watched him a couple of times at the TV. But for me THE KING was Elvis.
Frank Sinatra was an incredible singer before my time. So, I think that there will be more: one for each generation.
