I use 64 kbps line and feel fatigued and tired as I have to sit online all day to do works that would normally require just 1 hour.

Better you try a DSL connection or a cable connection which is having speeds upto 4mbps. Sify and also some other networks such as 5network are providing such speeds. also mtnl/bsnl broadband is having good speeds. But I find cable way is less problematic.
