Need help with my proxy server

I'm planning to build a proxy server here in our office to controlled employees internet usage, I would like to ask what would be the best Operating System to use between eBox Platform and Microsoft ISA Server?, until now now I can't decide which OS I should use, any comment and suggestion from you guys will be much appreciated

hi there....
i build my proxy server from a PC and i installed ClarkConnect Community on it
you can review CC from it's website at http://www.clarkconnect.org
no need to be a linux geek to run CC

CC is a gateway server OS based on Linux
here, we have Linux, windows and mac as clients with no problems
