how many of u read with specs?

i use specs when i have to read something on the computer. i am nearsighted. i also use specs when i need to read what's on the board or to read the traffic signs. my eyesight's really bad.

It's not the question of habit. If you have poor eyesight you have to wear your specs. My eyesight was 6/6 until the age of 40. After 40, I joined business transcription and that was when my eyesight started failing. Now I have to wear specs for reading. Even otherwise, the eyesight becomes weak after 40.

Yeah, I read with glasses -and do everything else with glasses from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep. I'm extremely nearsighted, so basically I need to glasses to see, period.

I don't need mine to read or be on the computer. I only wear them to watch television or to drive and when I go out places I prefer to wear them just so I can see clearly. I am far sighted, that's the one where I can't see clearly far away, I think. I get those mixed up sometimes.

I used to need to wear glasses to read and such, when I was in high school. However, now, I don't need them, even though I do a lot of reading for my classes and such. I'm not really complaining. I don't really miss having to wear glasses to read and such. I probably still don't have 20/20 vision, but I can't really complain.
