what is the most important thing for a worker?

i ever thought that the ability of a work is the first important thing for a worker,but now i found i'm wrong,not the ability but the passion,the passion of a work is the really first important.
how about urs oppinion,let's share~~

i couldnt agree with you any better. There is another thing that is of significance in my line of work. I am customer interfacing, so my job demands that i focus on client needs and that i should be able to listen well. To me, there is more to encoding data than meets the eye. You are not supposed to do things mechanically at work.
