Do you want to accomplish something while you are still young?

Well, I am not young, but I hope you don't mind my answering. I am 73 and have been very happily married for almost 50 years. We have five sons, now adult of course, who are a credit to society. They have highly responsible jobs and are happily married to wonderful girls. They have so far given us five grandchildren. Yes, I am satisfied with my life. I have accomplished much. I am perfectly happy, but I am and have been for many years, a goal-setter. I still have long-range and short-range goals. I have them written out, along with steps to reach those goals. I prioritise my things to do every morning. I am reaching forward. You say you want to achieve something in life. May I offer you some advice? One of the truest sayings is "If you aim for nothing, you will hit it every time!" Have you set goals? Have you written them down? Are you working towards achieving them? "Aim for nothing: you hit it!" I hope you reach your goals.

I am young and I am very ambitious, sometimes my ambitions are too much and all I ask is time to be able to fulfill my aims in life, I want to do at least five degrees before I close my eyes and I wish I will do them.

I accomplished traveling around the world when I was young. I gained traveling experience in Europe, North America and the Caribbean first. I let out my home and got a working holiday visa. I wish that I had accomplished learning to drive a car when I was younger.

I want to have my own business before 30 years old. I don't care whether selling my own product or franchise but I want to have an income from being my own boss. I am still working on that. I also want to graduate with at least a degree, regardless the field of studies. And that is also on progress. I already applied for TESL.

Hello clorissa..How are you today? Good I hope..Keeping smiling... I haven't had the chance or finances to be able to do what I have wanted to do. I am now 45 years and I do still dream of things that I would like to do. I will never give up my dreams and when the time is right I feel that I will get to do those things. Mostly of mine are going to different places in the world. Great discussion...

hi clorissa123, i am still young and happy to say that at 40 i already accomplished a lot of things in my personal and career life. -i have a happy family, raised 2 special kids, a great husband and a responsible caregiver -i have a stable job and part-time training consultancy job -i became a manager of different programs and a clinic -i worked in the united states -i traveled from different asian countries and worked with lawyers and persons living with HIV and AIDS -more...more...more...!

Hello, Yea I do want to accomplish something while I am still young, I have no idea why but many people just want to do everything when they are young. My goal that I want to accomplish while I am still young is to build a house. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

I had the chance to travel a lot when I was in my 20's, and I am happy that I managed to live and work in different countries, because I learned a lot from that experience. I am 33 now, I have a home, I am married and I have many pets, so I can't travel the way I used to, but I don't mind because I love the life that I have now, and I already had the chance to travel for several months at a time. I still have goals that I want to achieve, some of those goals are travel goals, but I only intend to travel for short periods of time. I also have goals about the things that I want to learn in the future for instance languages that I want to learn.

I am 20 right now and i have not accomplish many things that i wanted to.I have set my goal and i will try my best to make it before i am 30 years old.I have some regrets in my past but i think i am young and i have bright chance to make my life better and to accomplish my dreams.

I am glad to hear that you have an aspiring heart when you are still young.I also see many people in my life who can achieve nothing in their life,even some of them are intelligent and have good opportunities.On the other hand,it is difficult to define what is successful.Actually,many cinditional successful men and wemen are not happy in their life.I think the most important thing is we must keep a good and positive attitude about our lives,no matter whether we can succeed or not.Just do your best and take the responsibility that you should take;and do something that you think it is valuable.

Everyone want to do some great things while young. But it is hard to success.

Wanting to achieve lots of things while still young is a common goal for most of us. Personally things that require physical capabilities are much enjoyable to do when still young.But I think accomplishments wont define your life. But how one has lived a life.

Thanks for God,i'm still young.But the problem is that maybe it's too young to have a clear and long-term goal.I have some hobbies,but i wonder if i should do something more to ramp up them.I have no special passions on my subject.This condition always makes me upset.I'd like do something with strong enthusiasm instead of nothing serious.May you and me find the right thing.

I am young and I am passionate. I don't want to regret for doing nothing when I am young. But reality seems to be always cruel. There is something that I want to do, but no chance for me to accomplish it.
