Ok, So I tried to do my research, My daughter's homework today is what do you think is the healthiest fruit? I mean All fruits has their own vitamins and minerals. But her teacher asked them which one do you think is the healthiest based on vitamins and number of benefits, My daughter told me that she is so sure that her classmates will choose apple, So she want another fruit, and I said banana.. How about you? What do you think is the healthiest fruit of them all?

I think it's the guava my friend. I remember that my teacher told me that don't under estimate guava for it's cheap because it's the healthiest fruit. I like to eat guava. :)

I really don't have an idea, I just got this from a question and answer site.
All fruits provide a variety of nutrients (minerals, vitamins, fibre, carbohydrate, anti-oxidants).
Bananas are high is potassium
Blueberries are high in anti-oxidants
Orange is high in vitamin C
Pears are high in fibre
for vitamin c, the strawberry has the most.
For energy, the banana has the most.
For antioxidants, the blueberry has the most.
For Fibre, grapes or figs.
I go for orange, if we have to choose.

Cherry is now widely recognized as the human body to remove toxins and contaminated body fluids, fruit, while the kidneys detoxification have a considerable effect, but also has the function of catharsis. Many friuts have different functions. Cherry Lane will be able to resolve the kidney toxins; grapes can be removed garbage stomach, so eat more fruit and for the body is beneficial and harmless.
