My boys ar grown adults now ,but they have children of their own. When my boys was smaller I never really had to put a time limit on their tv watching. They got tired of watching on their own. Now that the grandkids are here it seems to be a little different. They do want to watch tv more or should I say play games on tv. I do have to put a limit on them. Otherwise they wouldn't do anything else. I tell them they can watch for one hour at a time and then they have to go do something else for awhile.. I also would like to you give you a tip. When starting a discussion you need to add a little more to it. The one lines don't make any earnings for you..Welcome to mylot and best wishes..

I do not restrict them for watching TV. As per their time availability, they will watch. During exams less and in holidays more. I tell them about their responsibilities and they themselves will select their timings to watch TV.
