There's a storm here today and the wind was so strong it just blew my windows wide open. I had forgotten to lock the windows but lucky enough they didn't smash against each other but I must admit, I was pretty shaken up because I couldn't believe the wind was THAT strong.
Do you ever get scared when there's a storm?

When I was a small girl I used to hide under the bed because my elder would tell me that it was the Bad man who was walking like this and throwing up everything in the sky and if ever I was naughty again he will take me with him, so I was really very afraid of that, and now well no more, instead I like to the storm too, I stay at home, have good meals and sleep.

Hehe that's cute.
My cousins would tel their kids that God is angry because they were not behaving or something.
I'm enjoying here in my room but the howling of the wind is unnerving. My windows are closed but I can still hear the sound of the strong wind out.
Thanks for commenting.

It happens that it is a stormy day. And yesterday it was a thundering and lightning day. The wind is so strong that I cannot open my umbrella. My clothes are wet. I hope I wouldn't catch a cold tomorrow. But what scares me is not the strong wind or storm, but the thunder and lightning yesterday. The thunders again and again. I covered my ears with my hands tightly until the thunders did not come again.

Hi, rg0205. Yes, I do tend to get kind of scared when a storm comes. Especially when it is lightning like crazy! I know that with your windows being opened by the gush of the wind, had you terrified. I know that I would be too. Stay safe at all times. And make sure that all of your doors and windows are securely locked. Take care.

I love a good storm. It's raining here today and it's the first day it's rained since I moved here a month ago. I love the overcast skies, the sound of the rain, walking in the rain when there's no lightning! The rolling thunder and crash of lightning is scary and yet exhilarating! Here, the storms are different than when I lived in Florida, though. I now live very close to the "tornado zone". Ok, now those I AM afraid of!
