Why do all referrals from myLot on other websites not bringing in money?

I have to ask, is there anyone here that makes money by getting referrals from myLot? I've been getting a lot of referrals from myLot, even by exchaging with them by signing up under them in return to some of their money making websites, they still don't seem to be working enough for me to make money, but i'm making them money by working on their website as their referral.
Can someone give me tips and tricks on how to get good referrals?

Hi baltek, well to be able to earn from your referrals, they have to earn first. You'll get an extra 25% of your referral's earnings. But not taking it from their money. Mylot will pay for that. That is one thing that I like on their terms. Unlike with other sites they pay you per referral, so the tendency is the referrer could be a real jerk sometimes, after making you sign under them they just abandon you. But here in mylot it's totally different. If you want to earn from them you really have to help them earn here. Teach them how they could earn more without having to spent their whole day. The earnings you can get from them is limitless, just make sure you're not abandoning them here, cause mylot could really be confusing to newbies.
