OMG!! This is totally sick!! I know this happened like 4 years ago but I just watched this and I have to let this out of my system!! Have you ever heard of Kelsey Briggs? Yup. She's the abused child of a US army who was fighting in IRAQ at that time..Ironically, the 2-year-old angel Kelsey, was abused by her MOTHER, and STEPFATHER!! She was supervised for 9 months for further evidence of abuse. But what happened? SHE GOT SENT BACK TO HER FREAKIN' MOM AND THE STEPFATHER!!! And just DAYS before her real dad got home from IRAQ, she DIED!!Yes. She died. Because those who were involved in this case were STUPID- who can't seem to see something wrong EVENTHOUGH the kid - Kelsey - had already broken BOTH her feet, had retinal bleeding , and bruises ALL OVER HER BODY!! Stupidity of those in this investigation caused this angel's life!! I just hope Kelsey's mom and stepfather rot in hell. Her body was exhumed and it was later found out that she was also sexually abused!!! The next time a kid needs help, they better have COMPETENT people handle the case! Not some people who PRETEND to do something about it but eventually RETURN the kid to the house where she was ABUSED. This was sheer stupidity.
