Patience is a Must!!!

When we view the advertisements today! In the Television, in the internet and the like. All of them offer a quick scheme to riches or easy to make something, hype and etc. But when you try them then you realize that it's not that easy to achieve whatever something. It requires hard work, and more hard work, and more hard work!
The bottom line? You must have patience! Patience is a virtue one that is very optimistic on the things to come in his life! Am I correct?
Common tell me....please... Why do we need Patience? Can cite an example that happen to your life and point out the value of Patience? Feel free to share it to all mylotters out there.

In our work, patience is very important. We need patience to deal with different customers, especially some troublesome customers. If we communicate with them without patience, maybe we will lose them. I remember that I was very angry with one of my customers, and I lost my temper. Later he complained to my boss. Of course I was blamed by my boss.
