You'll probably want to contact the bank where you already have an account to ask if they have such service or not, since that's your best bet. Not all banks provide this service neither, so you may try to ask for one that does, but you'll probably need an account with them anyway.

I honestly can't tell you, you'll have to try and direct the questions to the bank yourself, since you'll probably be able to communicate better with the staff than me.
Personally, I have such service through my bank, but I live in Portugal, so, it's not of much use for you.
