How do you deal with co-dependent people?

Co-dependent people are those that seem not able to do things on their own. They are individuals who always need guidance and counsel. They are students who never knew the right answer to many questions and sometimes even if they do, they are not sure about it. They are parents who do not know how to deal with decisions they are making in their lives and in their children's. They are men, who most often escape the decision making part and everything that has something to do with their opinion. They are co-workers who always ask questions and confirmations about everything. How do you deal with them?

i try to help them to some extent but after that i leave them on their own, that is what happens to me when i don't do some work properly and on my own, my father helps me to some extent and then he tells me to do or at least try it on my own. i think i will deal like this to those people.
