Most people have baby teeth and then adult teeth, correct? Well when I was younger my Mom took me to the dentist and they took an x-ray of my teeth. Come to find out I had two sets of adult teeth. The row I had when my baby teeth fell out and a whole nother set under the gum. I have always wondered if anyone else has this or know of others that do. I guess it make me unique in a way that it is not that common, well not in my circle of family and friends.

My Dad has said he had the same thing when he was younger and the dentist actually said it hurt his teeth as he got older. So yes I have heard of it and it is somewhat of a rarity!

Wow someone else "like me",this is good to hear. And the pain yes I can understand that. By the time my second set came threw I was a mess, and then had to have all my wisdom teeth pulled at once,so this was not fun. But interesting none the less.

All I can say is 'Ouch'... Getting your wisdom teeth out all at once is an incredible pain I'm sure. Hope your tooth problems are all behind you! Good luck and happy mylotting!

It is awesome the fact that you never went to a dentists while growing up,yet have good teeth. My hats off to you my dear. My teeth are in pretty bad shape but this is my own fault in the end. My daughter has some crooked teeth so I make sure she goes often, and they also have a Mobile Dentist that visits her school so this is helpful.

Gosh, I've never heard of this. How did the dentist deal with it?

They told me to just wait,my first set of adult teeth would be falling out soon. It is just like with baby teeth only I had two sets of adult teeth. Guess I was just born to be different or difficult

Huh, it seems to me that that is more like two sets of baby teeth then and one set of adult teeth. Very odd...

Thats what I thought too,but they said they were full adult sets,as when they came in they could only tell during x-ray about the others.

Actually that sounds pretty cool. You have a whole new set of teeth. Can you get them to come through? Or do you have to have dentist do surgery to make them come through? I don`t know anyone with tw sets of adult teeth.

They came threw when I was a kid. I wish I could have them come in now,it would help get rid of this constant pain that is for sure.
