Taylor swift was on The View just now and it made me curious about your thoughts

Should Kanye apologize or did this seem like a bit of a set up? My brother seems to think it was staged, but I don't know.
Personally, even if it was staged I don't care for his attitude. Taylor Swift won her first worldwide award and instead of acting like a man with some class he belittles her, discredits her victory, and disregards her feelings.
He keeps claiming he's going to apologize, but where's it at? She claimed he has made no real attempt to contact her.
So what do you think? Was it staged or is Kanye just a jerk that needs to respect his fellow artists more?

I didn't get to watch the awards but I seen on Entertainment clips about how he acted. I kind of think it was staged also, if it wasn't the man has got a bad drinking problem. They showed him drinking straight from the bottle, you have to be pretty bad off to want to drink li-uor that way. Whither it was staged or not he should be ashamed of himself. I really believe that Kanye thinks that he can do what ever he wants, just because he's made it big. Kanye is like so many different people in this world,he keeps doing the same things over and over and then thinks that all he has to do is apologize and everything will be fine. I really don't think a person like this really means it when they say their sorry, if they were, they wouldn't keep making excuses for themselves and they would clean up their act. The way I look at it is; he needs to quite making excuses for himself and people need to quite making excuses for him.

I know exactly what you mean. It's a deplorable way to act in general. Whether drunk or staged it wasn't appreciated by the fans at all.
Who knows if he really even wants to apologize? It can't do his career any good to bad mouth other artists on stage when they win an award. That was just very lame in general.
I also doubt he's even sorry.

I really don't think he's sorry. I really think that this was a way to lash out at a white person and to let everyone know that another black singer should have got it instead of her. The last time that he did this was against some white performers also.
