thinking of getting tablet pc....luv the idea of touchscreen&portability

does anyone have any input or comments, suggestions for me to help me decide if this is a good idea or not--i've been told the screen is a bit more fragile than regular laptops?? hoping to hear from someone who has one already or knows about them...ty for your input...

I have an HP Tablet laptop. I like it, but I don't use the tablet feature as much as I use it as a regular laptop. Haven't had any problems. Mine came with a pen or you can use your finger. I have handwritten a lot of notes. Very easy to use. I can see how it can be delicate, as the screen swivels and if you are rough, it is probably easy to break.
