my overweight friend has lost 1/2 a stone,i'm so proud of her,and she looks great

thats really interesting that your friend had lost 1/2 stone. Even I want to loss my wieght can you help me out in losing my wieght.

she goes to slimming world,but there are others such as tesco diets,weight watchers etc

I have...I have a friend that has gone thru so much medical problems. He has major problems with his heart, and then followed the nerves. As of today he has not let any of this get him down. To look at him you would think that he has nothing wrong. I am very proud of his sucess that he has accomplished against all the odds of being normal..Great discussion...

Thats great, that your friend lost that weight.
I've been proud of my friend, she graduated from nursing at a vocational school. It was always a dream of hers, and it finally came true a few months ago.
