Netbooks are designed for people that just want a portable machine for browsing the internet...Netbooks are an underpowered computer in a notebook form factor. Netbooks are designed for basic internet access only. They are built to surf the web and get e-mail, but if you wish to do any type of computing work, i.e., spreadsheets, gaming, databases, etc., you will need a full notebook....
So what do you prefer?

Presently many netbooks in the market provide most of the necessary functions other than accessing the net that is. A normal guy would be satisfied with a netbook. We can watch movies, listen to music, surf the net, chat, make notes, which is about everything I use my notebook for.

I like netbook because it is very small and handy. I can bring any where without problem. But I cannot get the full computerized function. For notebook, it is heavier and less convenient if we travel a lot. I am not satisfied on both. Maybe, they can create a better netbook soon

I love notebooks as netbooks are way to small for me to handle. I type vary hard and do a lot of sound ingineering so I have to use a fast notebook to get along.
