Most say dancing is a way to express your in thoughts and feelings through movements so
what type of dance do you to get all your feelings out? Me personally i do liturgical dancing and hip hop. I dance to hip hop when something is bothering me and i need all the aggression and other problems; but when i'm happy or even sad i do a more liturgical style of dance. Sooo whats your way of expressing your self???

hi, first, what is liturgical dance? i do not understand. Could you do me a favor to show me some vidio? thanks a lot.And to me, i am learning jazz and latin, i was dreaming dacing when i was a child, but did not learn for some reason. now i realized what dancing brings to me. either happy or sad,. i would go to learn.

dancing for me is to express not to impress
in expressing my thoughts and hidden feelings i usually dance coz itz my only way to express myself...i used to hide my feelings so everybody doesnt get me..so for them to uderstand..i dance with all the emotion i have..not to the extent to be uncivilized or uneducated but only to express.....keep dancing

I used to do ballet but recently I find that salsa and all other related dances make me feel more at ease and satisfied with the movements. There is so much you can do through latin dance. I want to try flamenco but it is really dificult to get the rythms down because it's pretty much like tap dancing. But I love it anyway.
