One of my friend told me she has dream every night, and even she sleep a lot at night, she still feel tired in the daytime. Do you have dream often? How do you feel of it? Does it affect your sleeping? Do you have some suggestion for that? I seldom have dream at night, I am not sure if I forget it before I get up or just beacuse I am too tired when I went to bed, so I have a deep sleeping that even do not allow me to have a dream. Thanks for your response and happy mylotting.

I don't really remember my dreams but I dream most nights. A friend of mine found this herbal tea at a health store that promotes lucid dreaming, I tried it and it worked. It was pretty cool, I would recommend trying it if you want a fund ream every now and then, it's called passion flower.

Karenkarenkk, do you know what happened to me? I often dream about what i dream in the day time during the class. The night dreamming is always reflecting what i dream in the day time, for example, i thought i was going to make a big fortune, and then, i dream that i won a lottery at night. Does it the socall reflect? Just kiding. Forget it. I just want to hightlisght some problem in my university life. Nowaday, daydreaming become a inevitable habit of the college students in China. Because the lessons are boring and the teachers are some kind of machine who just know how to read the articles. We are allowed to anything except making noise. In order to get good credit in the final exam, we would like to pretend to listen to the teacher. In fact, most of us are daydreaming. Because of this, the only thing reflecting in my night is waht i dream in the class, as it greatly impress upon me.

Hello, Zba, that is not a suprise. Like a saying, what you think at daytime, what you dream at night. When I was in a class, I absent minded sometimes as well. Anyway, I try to pull myself back as soon as possible. Do you think other than the teacher, the subject itself is the reason that you can not concentrate yourself? Are you interest in the subject you took? Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I think I always dream at night & I really enjoy it a lot, Sometimes I feel that It's like watching a movie without paying for the ticket I really don't like the idea of waking up without completing a dream & sometimes people say that the dreams you see in morning will come true, but I wonder when! Happy Lotting

I usually have very bad dreams, most times I dream murders and things like that. It wakes up me sometimes and I feel scared for a few minutes. I think our dreams give us some answers about our life.

No. Not any more at least. In times I tended to dream and a good bit, most varied of things, many times feeling that I was having dreams at my own choice and taking the reins very well (that is, to control them and what happened in them), but, from a few years back they've been less and less and the few I have are more often that not... illogical. Just random mish mash of pictures that make me no sense.

I have heard, in college classes I took, that we all dream every single night, even if we don't remember them. If that is true, then I don't remember my dreams. Once in a great while I will remember one but usually I wish I hadn't. I seems like only sad or sort of creepy dreams are the ones I may remember.

Hello, Horsesrule, Yes, I heard that also. I think you have a sound sleep, so you do not remember your dreams. It may occured, but you just do not notice that, and remember. So, how many hours you sleep each day? Do you always feel energetic while you getting up? Thanks for your response and happy mylotting to you.

It is not must that dreams come at all the nights. It depends on lots of other factors. I have dreams once in a while, but not all the days - atleast once or twice in a week. I don't get too deep into the meaning of the dreams. I will share it with my friends when it is funny. I won't get tensed if I have a bad dream. I know that dreams are not reality, but I got scared becauase of a dream when I was a kid.

Hello Daliaj, It's good that you think so. I remember when I woke up from my bad dream at night, although I knew it's not real, I still feel scared. And I can hardly fall into sleep again. Anyway, after the sun was rising, I am not scared anymore. Sometimes, I just fear of the dark. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

My whole life until recently, I did not dream very often at all. I can remember maybe 4 dreams that I had before the age of 24. Recently I have had some horrible problems come up in my family and now I have at least one if not two nightmares every night. Like your friend, I wake up tired because of it. Sometimes they wake me up in the middle of the night... once I woke up sobbing and crying. I preferred not dreaming over this, but hopefully when all settles down with my family and I am not so stressed about it these bad dreams will stop.

No, most of the time I don't have a dream when I am sleeping. I would be lucky to have a few dreams a week when I am asleep. I guess I am really a deep sleeper. I find I usually forget my dream after around a minute when I wake up.

Hi Karen, I always have a dream there and almost daily so that I have an unqualified sleeping. Even 8 hours are put into sleeping, I am still so tired the next day. What the most awful thing is that I can clearly remember what I see, what I listen and what I feel in the dreamland. Particularly for those scary and horrilbe scene that relates to your family, it is so real that you feel uncomfortable and worry that it might be come true in some day. Then anxious and unsoothing feeling will be obsessed with you all day along. Somebody got a dream that might be predict the upcoming thing, somebody have a dream that the upcoming situation might be absolutely differnt. Even the psychologist can not figure out why the dream shapes and how to help patient to get out of the bothers. Do you have any idea to avoid dreaming?

Hello, Sasalove, I am sorry that I am not a psychologist nor a doctor, actually I know nothing about it. What I can suggest is, take things easy, relax yourself, and have a little drink before going to bed may help. Good luck to you!

I learned at school that every person have around 9 different dreams when he/she sleeps but only remember a few of them when s/he wakes up. That is the reason why we feel like our dream doesn't make sense because they are actually bits and pieces of different dreams that when we wake up seem like their all from one dream. But, based on my experience lately, I don't remember dreaming when I wake up from a night sleep but when I sleep during the day, I always have a lot of dreams and very complicated ones. i even wake up with my head hurting sometimes. I really don't know what the explaination to that is.

I think that everyone dreams. There was a point when I would wake up in the morning and I would remember my dreams however that's a thing of the past now! I don't know why but I just cannot remember any details about specific dreams. I seem to sleep ok though during the night. I used to try and record details of my dreams in a notepad but I quickly gave up on this idea once I realised how laborious it was! Andrew

Technically speaking, everyone dreams every night. What is different is whether or not we remember our dreams when we wake up. I only slept for 2 hours last night, but still my brain managed to squeeze in a quick dream. I can't say that my dreams really damage my sleep. Sometimes I will wake up from them, but usually I am able to roll over and go back to sleep.

I do dream often, and it's strange dream like fairytale. I like my dream when it is not nightmare. Having nightmare really can make me swear alot when wake up. Normally dream won't affect your sleep unless you having nightmare. I think your friend still feeling tired maybe because of the daily lifestyle she have, like stress, diet all these do affect. So maybe you can ask her about her lifestyle and see how you can help her improve.

I have dream every once in a while. after waking up I always forget the plot and just leave the feeling of happiness, sorrow or panic. Dream doesn't affect my sleep. But I'm sure the dream reflects my mental condition of those days. If the dream leaves me the feeling of panic, I'll connect it to reality and figure out what I'm afraid of and try to do something for it. If leaves sorrow, I'll think over what I'm lost and what get me into sorrow and try to get through these tough days. If leave happiness, that's fine, that's just what we are looking for.

well just to say from my experiences and what these "scientist" say. Usually if you eat right before you sleep, your most likely to dream due to the insulin being released from the food you eat. i usually dream almost every other it never bothers me while im sleeping, unless im having a unpleasant dream.
