I have a lot of relatives who are diabetic. And I see that they have a different diet than to help them. What is the best diet plan for diabetes? Do anyone one you have diabetes? How will change you life?
I know that I wouldn't be very happy specially because I wont be able to eat the sweets, for which my hometown is famous.

In addition to what my fellow mylotters have said i feel a regular walk for about an hour helps keep the sugar levels in check.I'm not a diabetic but my reading once came close to the upper limit since then through exercise and diet my sugar levels are always in control.

There are many diet plans that a diabetic can go on, it is just trying to get them to go with it and stick with it. I have a lot of relatives that have diabetes. Diabetics should really watch their sugar and carbohydrate intake, but they do not, actually they crave it more than a person that is not diabetic. You can look on the net for different diet plans and try to see if they would stick with those plans.
