how many hours u sleep a day

i want to know whether i m the sleepiest creature in this world
i sleep daily 12-18 hrs
the rest of my time goes in leisure activities and eating
i remember i once slept for 2 days almost 38 hrs at a stretch with a lu break when my tummy started stroking
i know i would find my bro's here who can break my record can u tell me whts ur capacity in sleeping timings

wow! that's a long sleep!! I mean, doesn't your head hurt when you wake up? I think my longest sleep would be 12 hours.. but that would only be when I haven't had any sleep for more than 24 hours straight.. and after that I would immediately think that I wish I had not slept that long cause it makes my head hurt. hehehe.

may be u r not used to it, or ur body cannot take it

Hey velocity_186 Usually I sleep 8 hour daily as it is standard sleeping time as recommended but it is up to u how many hours you are sleeping . I have seen some one sleep upto 10 AM in the day. There is a proverb that early to bed & early to rise makes a man healthy & wise.

those were my vacations and i enjoyed sleping
its the best hobby i can do but nowadays i dont sleep more than 4-5 hrs a day
got a hell lot of work
