yoga is the best to stretch your body and keeps your body in shape. else you can join aerobics, and follow a diet which is low in calories. but do not skip a meal.. starving is not dieting. good luck

I say something like this, to loss weight is:
70% diet.
30% excercise.
The diet is the most important. A lot of protein and a very little
carbohydrates and fat. Eliminate carbohydrates after 15:00, and do a lot of excercise. A personal trainer could help you ;-)
