healty food

well...i work as an auditor...and mostly when i'm doing audit..i work till overnight...and it makes me tired fastly...so are there some of you have an idea about healty food to make me more healty when i'm doing audit....thanks friends...

hi, for healthy food, i think there are so many. such as milk, egg, vegetables, ect. but there is one question, what do you like to eat? are you choosy about food? many people have taboos in diet, and something like to eat, do noe like to eat. for me, i like chips, even though i know that it is not healthy for me. so most important is that you should control yourself.

Working overnight can be draining yes and we need to eat to keep up. I usually drink chocolatey drink when working till the wee hours doing my reports. Then I eat snacks too but not junk food like chips. I eat oatmeal or just plain bread with light butter or biscuits.
Then I eat bananas.

A healthy balanced diet contains a variety of foods including plenty of fruit and vegetables, plenty of starchy foods such as wholegrain bread, pasta and rice, some protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, eggs and lentils and some dairy foods. It should also be low in fat (especially saturated fat), salt and sugar. Have healthy breakfasts before going to office or jump-starting your day, enjoy an easy, nutritious, breakfast. Men sometimes have different needs when it comes to health and nutrition. So, have healthy food daily.
