Have you shed tears over any of the celebrity deaths over the past few months?

No. Although I could've liked M.J. and etcetera, crying tears for people that are not my close relatives is meaningless. People who do cry for them I honestly have no idea what they're feeling, but I think it's disgusting how some people probably cried more over them than they would over their own parents.

KomiKomi, the reason people cry when famous people die is because they have been a part of their life for years. Look at how long Michael Jackson had kept up the huge success. When you like someone famous for what they do it runs deeper, you actually care about how their life is ie Love etc.
I would not say it's "disgusting" if you cry for a famous person more than you do for a relative. It depends what kind of relationship you had with that relative. Not everyone has a happy time with their parents.

Nah, I've been surprised by a few but not enough to shed any tears over. We are all going to die, mine won't be as public but it will happen. I'd rather take stock of my own life than somebody elses, call me a hard nose, its just how I feel about the whole celebrity thing.

Yes I did. I am a big softie I guess. I cried over Patrick Swayze the other day,he was a part of my childhood and teenage years. I had a crush on him watching Dirty Dancing, which I am sure I was not the only one. But yes I did cry.
