I just got my PayPal account verified 3 weeks ago. The problem is the name in the eon card is my husband's. In my PayPal account is my name but in the eon card that I've used to verify my PayPal account is a different name but with the same surname. I read in the discussion that the information should be the same, like the address and the name in order for me to successfully transfer the money into my bank account.
What should I do? Is it okay to transfer my funds to my husbands PayPal account? My husband's PP account is not yet verified, Can I use the same eon card to verify his account?

hey, why not drop a mail to PayPal? I think they will give you an accurate solution. In my humble opinion, there should be no problem when you try to withdraw you funds to you bank account, as per my understanding, the credit card verification is used to confirm that you are the card owner, or you have the control of the card to fund the paypal. anyway, good luck.
