Is there life after death

according to my philosophy,i do beleive that people reborn.but they never no about their previour birth but some sort of incidence always recall him at his previous existence...in that also all the people doesn't get that oppurtunity...only few of them,like the person who have commited lot of crimes will get reborn as a beggar or as an orphan...and few unsatisfied die due to some circumstances will get birth again in a good family where they enjoy a lot,,,,,,,
