Many of us love mango juice compared to other kinds of juice. For me, I love both grape juice & Mango juice. Mango is rich in Vitamin A & Vitamin C & other sources of minerals.
Vitamin A helps your eyes adjust to light changes when you come in from outside and also helps keep your eyes, skin, Promotes healthy bone growth, reproduction, cell division and specialization & helps regulate the immune system.
Vitamin C is necessary in the body to form collagen in bones, cartilage, muscle, and blood vessels, aids in the absorption of iron & also in prevention/treatment of the common cold and respiratory infections
Mango juice also contains fibre as well as carbohydrates which provide energy. Alphonsa is generally accepted as king of Mangoes, which I love a lot. So a mango juice can really contributes a lot towards your health & also have a good taste.
So do you like mango juice?

Actually it really amazed me to learn that mango juice is not world wide because in our stalls, the first thing you will find is a mango drink
Mango is King of Fruits because eating mango in summer covers people with enough immunity to last for one year.
I really don't think any fruit resembles the same taste as that of mango.

I love mango juice among all juices!!! Pilippines has one of the best tasting mangoes in the world so we make super delicious mango juice as well. It's not really hard to explain why people love mango so much. The sweet taste and the soft fruit really is one of a kind. Mango is really omy favorite fruit!!! To tell you the truth, I get sick in the stomach when I drink orange juice and I really don't know why. This is also one of the reasons why I stick with drinking only Mango juice..to not upset my stomach! :D

So in this case I think you won't have any problem with any other juice right? I think you might be having some allergy towards orange juice. It's bad, but there are other juices which you can enjoy.

I do like mango juice, but it's not that common here. Used to be an Indian restaurant at the mall by work and I'd go in there and get lamb curry and mango juice, yum. But it's gone and I've moved. :-(

In my country, apple juice and orange juice are probably the most common. Mango juice is a lot more common than when I was a child though.

To be honest, I never knew that mango had such health benefits & had it just because it was a good drink
In the UK they buy £22 million worth on mango each year.
You must not refrigerate a mango.
Did you know 1 cup of mango has just 107 calories and provides 25% of the Daily Value for Vitamin A??

Why can't mango be put in refrigerator? This is news to me. I have lots of mango fruits this year. There are too much that we can't consume them all so I slice them up, pack them in tupperware and refrigerate them so I can have mango juice anytime I want.
@taztheone (1721)

Refrigeration for mangoes are not recommended because a study conducted has shown that the amount of vitamins in it will be reduced plus the taste will differ a little. If a mango is not ripened, it's said not to keep it in refrigeration because it will get hardened & won't ripe the way it would have if kept open.

I love mango juice, especially when it is mixed with sparkling water. It's also good mixed in a blender with milk and fresh fuit to make a delicious, healthy smoothy or shake for a snack or for breakfast. Mango juice is a treat to drink anytime of the day or night.

I think we are the same when it comes to preparing juice at home. Because I too mess it up all the time so I prefer drinking juice from outside unless someone prepares it for me.

I agree with you. Mango juice and grape juice both are very good and have good taste. However I don’t have juice often in my daily life. I prefer fresh fruits. Just when I go out I have fruit juice because I don’t drink coffee or tea.
I think Kiwi is very good for our body too. If I choose from the three juices I just mentioned I would like to think kiwi juice is my most favourite. I can just have mango juice occasionally.

The advantage of drinking juice is that it has more vitamins & other stuffs because the juice might contain more than one fruit. Many at times I do prefer fruits but I think I give preference to juice.

I also like mango juice because aside from its good taste, it has a good nutritional value which is essential in improving and maintaining one's health. But mango juice is not the only thing that promotes good health. Almost all fruit juice possesses superior traits which is vital in preserving good health.

Hi taztheone,
I love mango and for sure I love Mango juice too. Mango is a good fruit, rich in Vitamin C and A. It is hard to find mango at my place all the time.
Only certain time, then I can see Mangoes is displayed in the supermarket fruit racks and they are not a cheap fruit too.
My husband's uncle is planted his own mangoes and now is the harvesting time. We can eat FOC mangoes, just picked some from the trees.
I like mango to be served in cold.Add bit of rojak sauce,it is really yummy.
You can also served Mango as a dessert like Mango pudding,Mango Jelly,Mango with glutionous Rice.
Till now, I can't find canned mango yet in the market. I just wondering will it be the next fruit to be packed in a can?

You can find a lot of mangoes during the season & its cheap too. After all it's said that mangoes are originated from India.
I've seen canned mango pulp which is used to make juice & shakes but I didn't came across a canned mango yet.

I love mangoes. I eat it ripe. Here in the Philippines we have different kinds of mangoes. My favorite is the green one, which is a little sour to the taste so we usually dip it in salt or "bagoong" (shrimp paste). The yellow mango is also popular here, I think this the one you like. We make it as juice by putting it on a blender with some water and sugar in it. I'm not a fan of instant juices, I like it more fresh and natural. Another great product out of this fruit that is common here is called dried mango, you will definitely like it. It is actually my favorite, it is like a fruit snack that is cut in to small bite pieces that is chewy and sweet.

Even I love green mango, but the problem is that I can't eat much may be because of its sourness. Hey, I never tried dried mango & I wonder how it will taste like!. Even there are different varieties of mangoes but I don't like them all! I like only a few varieties & ya, mango juice

I like all juice,, yes I agree your opinion, Vitamin A is one of the micro nutrients needed by the body that is useful to enhance immune and eye halth.Lack of vitamin A(kva) in children residing in refugee areas can cause them vurnerable to various infection diseases, so easily hurt.Vitamin C also plays an important role in helping the absorption of iron and sharpen awareness. As an Antioxidant it can neutralize free radicals throughout the body

I absolutely *LOVE* mango juice, but my favorite would have to be watermelon juice. Overall, I'm not a big fan of fruit juices, so the fact that I like mango juice in itself, is a pretty big thing for me. :)

According to me, there is nothing in this world that we can eat more, because having anything too much can only harm you instead of benefiting you. So I always try to balance my diet, after all I need to maintain my glamor rite.
