what would you say to the police when you are pulled over?

Well when police pulls over me then i think my excuse would be that i have someone to be got admitted into a hospital very soon please leave me this time i will asure you that if there was time with me i would be here with you but for now please get me going over as someone is there waiting for me eagerly.
