What is your favorite form of exercise?

When I was younger I enjoy aerobetic exercise. Now I only enjoy walking. I know exercise is a good thing and very healthy for you, but I do not exercise like I should. Walking today is my only form of exercise. Will you share with us your favorite type or types of exercise.

I prefer sports like cricket, basketball, table tennis etc. However I also like to lift weights and involve in other body building exercises.

I love exercising. I have a collection of fitness DVDs which I tend to use quite regularly, as well as generally dancing about the house energetically. I enjoy jogging on the spot, but I wouldn't dare run in public. I do love walking though - the way the wind pushes against you as you force yourself along the streets. It's fantastic! I always arrive back home feeling refreshed and alert,and oddly more energetic than I was when i first left! I just need to simply plug in my iPod and away I go. It's fantastic!

Hi lauren, my favorite form of exercise are brisk walking,jogging,running or anything that involves walking. If you heard about 10,000 steps a day I'm into that, I usually do that at least three times a day specially on weekends when I don't have work. Walking is a good form of making our self fit. Like you, I'm not really into other complicated exercise that requires much tension on the muscles. I may try other types of exercise or maybe start to use my jumping rope again if have more time.:) Happy mylotting.
